This role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing business, and being deeply connected to both the market and the properties. You’ll work closely with property General Managers, the Corporate Marketing Manager, and the Director of Commercial Strategy to drive demand while honoring the individuality of each hotel.
What You’ll Do

· Participate directly in sales calls, site visits, negotiations, and contract execution.
· Support property teams in achieving booking and revenue goals.
Account & Market Management
· Build and maintain a strategic account plan for assigned markets and segments.
· Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using established systems and reporting tools.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales strategy.
· Represent the portfolio at local, regional, and national tradeshows, networking events, and client activations.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
· Partner with the Corporate Marketing Manager to align sales efforts with campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.
· Ensure all sales activities reflect brand standards, service philosophy, and the unique identity of each property.
· Support public relations and partnership opportunities that increase awareness and drive qualified demand.
· Coordinate closely with property leadership to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to operations and back.
Relationship Building & Guest Experience
· Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and partners, advocating for their needs while protecting the business.
· Deliver an exceptional sales experience that builds loyalty and long-term relationships.
· Support resolution of guest or client issues that arise from the sales process by partnering with property leadership.
Who You Are

Why Practice Hospitality
We believe hospitality is about how people feel—and sales should reflect that. At Practice Hospitality, we build meaningful places, strong partnerships, and teams that care deeply about both performance and people.
If you’re excited to sell places with soul, build real relationships, and be part of a growing portfolio with intention behind it, we’d love to hear from you.
Every journey begins with a first step. Maybe yours is focused on growing your career in hospitality – climbing the ladder to management, executive team, corporate or beyond. Maybe you want a stable, fulfilling role where you can thrive or, just maybe, you need a gig for now while you complete your education or audition for your big break. No matter where your path takes you, we respect your journey and have customized our employee experience to support your goals and ambitions.
We’re driven by a singular purpose: to create experiences travelers seek out and return to, time and time again. To us, that starts by being human – building an environment that balances emotional intelligence, tradition, ritual, and creativity. Because when that happens, hospitality comes alive – and results follow.
