What will you do?

• Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs

More about you

• No college degree required

• Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, specifically Quick Service/Fast Food

• Experience overseeing daily operations and ensuring food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction is valuable

• Ability to train, develop, and supervise staff

• Strong management skills for motivating teams and maintaining performance

• Experience overseeing daily operations and ensuring food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction is valuable

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve complaints professionally

• Commitment to delivering quick, friendly, high‑quality guest service. Problem‑solving ability for both staffing and customer‑related issues

• Competence in basic financial tasks such as monitoring sales, cash handling, and budget adherence; and ability to follow and enforce standard operating procedures, brand guidelines, and safety regulations

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
