The opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a full-time Senior Portfolio Management Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $129,400 – $162,900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Build and maintain executive dashboards that translate portfolio and resource data into decision‑ready insights 
  • Translate portfolio and operational trends into clear narratives for senior leadership, steering committees, and business reviews 
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting that highlights performance, risks, value, and priorities 
  • Serve as the enterprise Smartsheet product owner, ensuring the platform supports intake, governance, resource planning, financial tracking, and reporting 
  • Design, build, and maintain integrated Smartsheet frameworks, dashboards, workflows, intake forms, automation, and Control Center blueprints as a single source of truth 
  • Manage and mature the enterprise PPM framework, including intake, evaluation, prioritization, scoring models, stage gating, governance, and lifecycle readiness 
  • Conduct resource capacity and demand analysis, maintain resource models, monitor portfolio health, risks, dependencies, value delivery, and ensure post‑launch benefit tracking 

More about you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, business analytics, or related roles 
  • Expertise in Smartsheet including dashboards, workflows, automation, and governance models, with experience owning Smartsheet or another enterprise PPM platform 
  • Strong analytical and visualization skills utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent software 
  • Experience administering or owning Smartsheet or another enterprise PPM platform.  
  • Background in transformation, digital or IT portfolios, or complex multiunit organizations
