Westmont Hospitality Group is seeking a highly accomplished, dynamic, and results-driven General Manager to join our executive leadership team at the 305-suite Embassy Suites Nashville Airport.
The General Manager has full responsibility for the overall performance of the hotel, including operations, sales, financial results, guest satisfaction, and asset stewardship. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure operational excellence, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest and associate experience.
Position Summary
The General Manager directs and coordinates all hotel activities and resources to achieve established objectives and financial goals. This leader is responsible for building and motivating a high-performing team, maintaining brand standards, and maximizing the long-term value of the asset.
