🍸 Now Hiring: Bartender

Location: Renaissance Westerville - Two One Restaurant

Are you passionate about mixology and creating memorable guest experiences? Join our team at Renaissance Westerville as a Bartender and become part of a company that values quality, integrity, community, profitability, and FUN!

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and break down the bar, including locking up liquor and properly storing fruit and juices.
  • Accept drink orders from guests and servers in proper calling order.
  • Prepare cocktails according to Beverage Standards using standard jigger.
  • Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies (no cash tabs).
  • Complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of glassware, ice stations, and floors.
  • Steam-clean trashcans and manage soda and juice inventory rotation.
  • Stock and replenish bottled and kegged beer as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in upscale lounges, restaurants, or hotels.
  • Knowledge of mixology and standard drink recipes.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Must be able to lift and carry moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and check handling procedures.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
