THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Room Attendant to join our distinguished housekeeping team. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest room is immaculately clean, organized, and prepared to the highest standards of luxury. Your role will be essential in creating a seamless, five-star experience for our guests, maintaining the refined elegance and impeccable attention to detail that Park Hyatt is known for.

WAGE INFORMATION:

The hourly rate for this position is $26.50. This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in hotel housekeeping, within a luxury or Forbes-rated environment.

  • Impeccable attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of refinement, cleanliness, and presentation.

  • Poised and polished communication skills, with a gracious and professional demeanor reflective of a luxury service culture.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with discretion, efficiency, and autonomy, while embracing a collaborative and service-focused team environment.

  • Flexibility to support a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to meet the dynamic needs of the hotel and our guests.

  • Physical capability and endurance to perform all housekeeping responsibilities, including lifting and standing for extended periods, with ease and grace.

  • A sincere passion for elevated hospitality and a deep desire to create flawless, personalized guest experiences that reflect the Park Hyatt brand.
