About the Role: We’re seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our TEAM. If you enjoy building relationships with clients, and have a knack for prospecting, consider this opportunity!

As Sales Manager you will partner with our exceptional Operations TEAM to achieve and exceed sales goals for our property 

Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the city market, a proven track record of growing revenue, profit and market share and a dynamic, analytical background.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Actively promote and represent the hotel's services and facilities to potential clients and customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
• Revenue Generation: Trough active prospecting and customer retainment efforts, develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed individual revenue targets within designated market segments.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a Sales Manager in a Marriott brand or luxury hotel is ideal
• Education: A four-year college degree from an accredited institution is desired
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and and Hospitality CRM system (STS, Delphi ect.)
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including timely follow-up on tentative business and development of new opportunities
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a competitive environment and manage interpersonal conflicts professionally

* For applicants working in San Diego CA, the anticipated compensation range is $68k-$72k per year. The salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
