The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a seasonal Pool Attendant to join our team at Courtyard at Kennedy in Titusville, Florida. Our ideal candidates are looking for jobs that allow them to explore the beauty and adventure that Courtyard at Kennedy offers while being part of a team-based organization, committed to delivering great experiences for guests.

Pay

$14.00 – $14.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Maintain a safe and clean pool area.
  • Welcome guests and present them with the appropriate materials needed for their visit (wristbands, towels, door keys, etc.)
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations such as hours of operation, menu offerings and amenities.
  • Reactively look for guest service opportunities and take ownership of requests.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in difficult situations.
  • Enforce all facility policies and rules.

More about you

  • Daytime, weekend and holiday availability.
  • 1 year experience in customer service preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical requirements

  • Must be able to lift or carry a minimum of 30 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to work outside in various environmental conditions for the entire shift.
  • Working conditions include extreme outdoor temperatures and sun exposure.
