Responsable de ejecutar la preparación de alimentos siguiendo las recetas estándar del centro de consumo, garantizando el sabor, la presentación y la higiene. Su enfoque principal es el ¨Mise en Place¨ (preparación previa) y el apoyo directo en el servicio en línea durante las horas pico.
Funciones Esenciales
- Cumplir los estándares de acuerdo al recetario y menú establecido, Conocimiento básico de cocina.
- Llevar a cabo el manejo higiénico de los alimentos.
- Apoyar en el orden y la limpieza en su área y departamento.
- Programar con un día de anticipación sus pendientes del servicio.
- Respetar el mise place de acuerdo al porcentaje de ocupación.
