Located on Isla Grande within the UNESCO-listed Portobelo National Park, Ordovician Beach Resort blends refined hospitality, environmental stewardship, and meaningful community impact. Our resort offers an intimate beachfront experience with overwater suites, curated dining, and immersive Caribbean culture.

The Opportunity

The General Manager will oversee the resort's full operational and financial performance, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, strong team leadership, and sustainable business growth.

This role requires a strategic leader who is equally comfortable on the floor with guests and behind the scenes managing operations and financial performance. Fluency in Spanish is a must.
