What will you do?

• Sweep and clean facilities including bathrooms, carpets, walls, windows, break rooms, offices; empty trash, replace liners, dust, and perform all other duties as assigned.
• Pressure wash concrete surfaces and operate commercial cleaning equipment as needed.
• Utilize high-reach equipment to pressure wash sides of buildings and exterior structures.
• Perform high dusting and cleaning of ceilings, fixtures, vents, and other elevated areas using high-reach lifts and aerial equipment.
• Stock closets and replenish paper products in the restrooms.
• Report any visible defects to the on-duty supervisor and implement process improvements.
• Respond to guest inquiries providing accurate, courteous information.
• Train in safety awareness and follow all safety and environmental business practices.
• Drive a company vehicle around the property as needed.
• May be required to work third shift, including hours past midnight, as business needs dictate.

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Must be prepared to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business needs dictate.
• Must be able to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
• Must be able to pass a background check and receive a NASA ID badge.
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in custodial or related services preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Experience operating high-reach lifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, or similar aerial equipment preferred.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 or more pounds.
• Must have ability to reach above head level.
• May be required to work twelve to fifty feet (or more) above the ground on ladders, high lifts, scissor lifts, or other aerial equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• May be required to work in hot and humid conditions.
• Must be able to work inside and outside with exposure to heat, dirt, noise, fumes, wetness, paint, and solvents.
