KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Flavor Architect: Prepare all food items using standardized recipes, ensuring every dish meets high standards of quality and presentation.
- Clean Kitchen Commander: Keep kitchen and work areas spotless, sanitary, and safe — because great meals start with a clean space.
- Prep Time Pro: Complete food and station prep efficiently to guarantee smooth, timely service during operating hours.
- Kitchen Communicator: Share ideas clearly and work seamlessly with the team, even when the heat is on.
- Quick-Fire Problem Solver: Tackle kitchen challenges with speed and accuracy, choosing the best course of action under pressure.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Food Handlers Certification as required by state regulations.
