The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Retail Lead to join our team at the Loft Mountain in Shenandoah National Park, Virginia. As a Retail Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the performance of team members in your specific department. What will you do?

Verify that merchandise is properly stocked and attractively shown
Ensure selling space is in clean and proper condition
Uphold orderly back stock and liaison with vendors to maintain proper inventory
Keep team members on task absent of the supervisor
Clean bathrooms, showers and laundry room
Remove trash
Stack wood from back room onto sales floor

More about you

Must be at least 18 years of age
Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred
No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
