What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll be at the heart of the hotel’s success—leading operations, people, and performance.
Oversee all departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Guest Services
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold IHG brand standards
Drive revenue, manage budgets, and improve profitability
Lead hiring, training, and team development
Create a positive, accountable, and high-performing workplace culture
Monitor guest feedback and continuously elevate service quality
Collaborate with ownership on strategy, marketing, and operational improvements

✔ Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (required)
✔ IHG experience strongly preferred
