General Manager

• Provide strategic leadership for all hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and sales
• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing competitive sales, pricing, and marketing strategies
• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction scores (GSS/NPS) and maintain Hilton brand standards across all departments
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team through coaching, training, and a positive workplace culture
• Own the hotel's P&L — manage budgets, control costs, and maximize GOP and Flow through
• Cultivate relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and the local business community
• Ensure full compliance with Hilton brand standards, safety regulations, and local/state licensing requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison with the hotel ownership group and asset management team
• Monitor competitive set performance and adapt strategies to maintain market share advantage

• 5+ years of hotel management experience, including at least 2 years as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager at a branded property
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial, operational, and guest satisfaction targets
• Experience with select-service or focused-service hotels preferred; airport hotel experience a strong plus
• Deep knowledge of hotel revenue management, OTA/GDS platforms, and distribution strategy
• Familiarity with Hilton systems (PEP and Delphi) highly desirable
• Strong financial acumen — ability to read, analyze, and act on P&L statements and STR reports
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary 150-165K commensurate with experience
