The opportunity

Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring a part-time Bag Check Supervisor to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Bag Check Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising Bag Check Ambassadors during events, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to guests. What will you do?

  • Supervise and support Bag Check Ambassadors during events, including roll call, service quality, and escalations
  • Ensure secure, accurate bag check operations including payment, inspections, storage, claim tickets, and retrieval
  • Enforce security policies, bag restrictions, and collaborate with security on prohibited items
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared bag check area
  • Deliver excellent guest service, manage lost and found, and assist with general event inquiries

More about you

  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a customer service or event operations environment preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Physical requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
