Lobby Attendant / Laundry Attendant

The hotel Lobby attendant/ Laundry attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The successful candidate will ensure the hotel meets all health and safety standards, while also providing exceptional customer service to guests.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and answer any questions they may have
• Clean and restock all hotel public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and break rooms
• Clean and restock all hotel guest rooms, including changing linens and dusting
• Respond to maintenance and repair requests in a timely manner
• Ensure all areas of the hotel are secure and safe
• Report all maintenance and repair issues to management
• Collect and dispose of all trash and recyclables
• Assist with inventory control and ordering of supplies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects such as furniture and luggage
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
