Join Our Sales Team at Marriott Hutchinson Island Beach Resort & Marina!

Marriott Hutchinson Island Resort, managed by Concord Hospitality, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Catering & Events Sales Manager to join our passionate Sales Team.

As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our resort by building lasting client relationships and securing new business. A significant focus of this position will be on selling and coordinating weddings and group room blocks, helping couples celebrate their big day while ensuring their guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay.

Whether it's guiding a couple through their venue tour or securing a large group block for a special celebration or event, you’ll be the go-to expert for making it all come together.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Cultivating business through both proactive outreach and responsive sales efforts.

  • Managing wedding inquiries, site visits, and contracts, while collaborating closely with our events and operations teams.

  • Coordinating group room blocks, from initial inquiry to final details, with attention to accuracy and guest satisfaction.

  • Providing prompt, professional service and personalized support to clients.

  • Representing the resort at local industry events, bridal expos, and networking functions.

  • Working with third-party partners, Concord Revenue Management, and local vendors to maximize visibility and bookings.

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue and sales goals.

  • Maintaining accurate records of all activity in CITY or similar CRM systems.

  • Supporting your team and assisting with broader hotel sales goals as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in hotel group or event sales (wedding sales preferred).

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and helping clients celebrate life’s special moments.
