The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal part-time Retail Leads to join our team at the Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As Retail Lead, you will be responsible for directing and supervising the activities and performance of your department’s team members.

$16.00 – $16.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Verify that merchandise is properly stocked and attractively shown
  • Ensure selling space is maintained in a clean, orderly, and attractive condition
  • Maintain orderly back stock and work with outside vendors to maintain proper inventory
  • Keep team members on task in the absence of the supervisor

More about you

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred
  • No experience or diploma required

Physical requirements

  • Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds
