The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished, guest-obsessed Hotel General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations and drive exceptional performance at our 35th Street property. This is a high-visibility leadership role within a landmark location, offering the opportunity to shape culture, elevate the guest experience, and deliver strong financial results in one of the most competitive hotel markets in the world.


What You'll Do

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across all departments — Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, Engineering, and Finance
  • Drive RevPAR growth and market share by partnering closely with Revenue Management and Sales teams
  • Champion an exceptional guest experience that consistently earns top scores on brand quality audits and guest satisfaction surveys (GSS/SALT)
  • Own the property P&L — manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities to grow revenue
  • Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with Hilton brand partners, ownership, and the local New York business community
  • Ensure full compliance with Hilton brand standards, local regulations, and health & safety requirements
  • Oversee capital project planning and execution in coordination with ownership
  • Represent the hotel as an ambassador in the Manhattan community

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager  at a  branded hotel
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving guest satisfaction scores
  • Strong operational command across Rooms,  and hotel support functions
  • New York City hospitality market knowledge is a significant advantage
  • Hilton brand experience (Hampton Inn or comparable Hilton brand) is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered

Wage transparency: Salary range $130-140K annually
