KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Flavor Architect: Prepare all food items using standardized recipes, ensuring every dish meets high standards of quality and presentation. 
• Clean Kitchen Commander: Keep kitchen and work areas spotless, sanitary, and safe — because great meals start with a clean space. 
• Prep Time Pro: Complete food and station prep efficiently to guarantee smooth, timely service during operating hours. 
• Kitchen Communicator: Share ideas clearly and work seamlessly with the team, even when the heat is on. 
• Quick-Fire Problem Solver: Tackle kitchen challenges with speed and accuracy, choosing the best course of action under pressure. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen. 
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. 
• Food Handlers Certification as required by state regulations.
