Buscamos un cocinero/a con experiencia para preparar deliciosas comidas según nuestro menú. Cocinarás platos que deleitarán a nuestros clientes por su sabor y se entregarán puntualmente.

Un excelente cocinero debe saber seguir instrucciones para preparar y servir comidas bien elaboradas. Debe desenvolverse con destreza en la cocina y ser capaz de realizar varias tareas a la vez. La experiencia en el uso de diversos ingredientes y técnicas culinarias también es fundamental.

Responsabilidades

  • Prepara y abastece las estaciones con todos los suministros necesarios.
  • Preparar los alimentos para servirlos (por ejemplo, picar verduras, trocear carne o preparar salsas).
  • Cocinar los platos del menú en colaboración con el resto del personal de cocina.
  • Responda, informe y siga las instrucciones del chef ejecutivo o del sous chef.
  • Limpiar la estación y deshacerse de los restos de comida.
  • Almacenar el inventario adecuadamente
  • Asegúrese de que la comida salga simultáneamente, con alta calidad y a tiempo.
