Sales Coordinator

The Hilton Fairfax is looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Coordinator to join the Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Events operation. • Administrative duties to include but not limited to preparing reports, Banquet Event Orders, Group Resumes
• Assist the Sales & Catering team with the preparation of contracts, proposals and addendums and track the completion status
• Support the Sales and Catering team with detailing groups and events
• Provide telephone and message support for the department and respond to inquiries in a timely, clear, and pleasant manner
• Enter group reservations and VIP guests and clients

Qualifications

Hilton PEP experience highly preferred, at least one year of hotel experience required. Must have computer skills to effectively learn and use various standard software applications and hotel systems. Must be able to effectively communicate with guest, clients, and hotel team members.
