WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and brand standards
- Collaborate with outlet managers and culinary teams to align service execution and guest experience
- Maintain a strong floor presence, especially during peak service periods
Beverage Program Leadership
- Design, implement, and continuously evolve cocktail, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage programs
- Curate wine lists and bar menus aligned with concept, seasonality, and market trends
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate pricing and manage product selection
- Monitor beverage cost, inventory, and waste to ensure profitability
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor outlet managers, bar managers, sommeliers, and service staff
- Develop training programs to elevate beverage knowledge and service standards
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Guest Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure a consistently high level of service across all outlets
- Handle VIP guests, special events, and service recovery situations with professionalism
- Collaborate on events, activations, and promotions that enhance the brand and drive traffic
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards across all venues

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of progressive F&B management experience, preferably in luxury or high-volume multi-outlet environments
- Strong background in beverage program development (cocktails, wine, spirits)
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets or large teams
- Solid financial acumen and cost control
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Wine or beverage certifications (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent)
- Experience in hotel, resort, or lifestyle hospitality environments
- Knowledge of current beverage trends, including craft cocktails, low-ABV, and zero-proof offerings
