Join the team at Aloft Delray Beach and keep the heart of our kitchen running smoothly!

We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working Full-Time Dishwasher to support our busy hotel kitchen. If you take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and moving efficiently, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, kitchen, lobby space of the hotel and bathrooms
  • Assist with trash removal and recycling
  • Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
  • Follow all health and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience is a plus, but not required
  • Basic English communications skills required
