What will you do?
- Match vendor invoices to NetSuite purchase order receivers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation
- Process and submit non-retail invoice payments, including office supplies and outbound shipping materials, in accordance with company timelines and policies
- Set up and maintain retail vendors within Delaware North’s accounts payable system, ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, track outstanding invoices, and align purchase orders with received invoices
- Prepare, reconcile, and post daily store receipt revenue journals
- Act as a retail finance liaison, partnering with internal stakeholders, including TD Garden, Boston Celtics, and Boston Bruins front office teams
- Support account reconciliation and contribute to accurate financial reporting and close processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, retail store, and finance teams to support operational and financial objectives
More about you
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; equivalent experience may substitute
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience working in a cross-functional retail or operations environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with NetSuite and financial reconciliation systems preferred
- Ability to generate, analyze, and clearly communicate financial reporting results
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, particularly during events and peak retail periods
