BARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food items
  • Operate POS system and handle payments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace
  • Follow all food safety and quality standards
  • Assist with opening and closing duties

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Customer service or barista experience preferred
  • Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to pass a background check
