Chief Engineer
Hotel Longmont Full-Time, Exempt - Onsite Reports To: General Manager Salary: $70,000- $80,000 annually
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance, functionality, and safety of Hotel Longmont, ensuring the property is well-maintained, operationally efficient, and aligned with brand and company standards.
This role oversees all aspects of building systems, preventative maintenance, and repair operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The Chief Engineer partners closely with property leadership and department teams to support daily operations, enhance the guest experience, and protect the physical asset.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance and operational challenges.
This role requires the ability to perform physical maintenance tasks and safely operate tools and equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
