The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time or part-time Spa Massage Therapist to join our team at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, New York. As a massage therapist in our spa, you will use your experience in all areas of massage therapy and make guests feel relaxed during their treatment. $22.17 – $22.17 / hour

What will you do?

  • Greet guests, offer beverages, and escort them to their rooms for treatments.
  • Provide a range of massage therapy treatments to guests.
  • Attend training sessions on massage therapy practices to maintain industry knowledge and trends.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area; follow proper sanitation procedures.
  • Monitor product inventory and supplies; place orders when necessary.

More about you

  • Minimum of 1 year massage therapy experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a state massage therapy license.
  • Proficient knowledge of all massage therapy procedures.
  • Must have an enthusiastic and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to remain standing for the entire length of the shift.
