Day Shift

Sales Coordinator – Hotel

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Sales Coordinator to support our hotel team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will assist with group bookings, client communication, event coordination, and administrative support for the hotel team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the hotel team with daily administrative tasks and client follow-up
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and sales presentations
  • Coordinate group reservations, meetings, and event requirements with hotel departments
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking information
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and leads from corporate clients, travel agents, and guests
  • Support the hotel in achieving revenue targets and occupancy goals
  • Organize site inspections and client visits
  • Monitor and update sales databases and reports

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
