The Hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, start times, and hours worked each week.
The Hotel Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing advanced maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel property, guest rooms, public areas, and equipment are maintained in a safe, functional, and visually appealing condition. This position requires strong technical knowledge across multiple trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry, while supporting the overall guest experience and hotel operations.
