Concierge / Breakfast Attendant

Responsible for overseeing breakfast presentation and service while providing concierge-style guest assistance in a fast-paced upscale hotel environment. Maintained high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction to enhance overall guest comfort and loyalty.

• Greeted guests professionally and provided outstanding customer service
• Fostered a welcoming and positive environment to maximize guest satisfaction scores.
• Set up, maintained, and replenished breakfast buffet itemsaccording to hotel quality standards
• Ensured cleanliness and sanitation of dining and serving areas
• Assisted guests with directions, hotel amenities, and local attractions
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolved concerns courteously
• Monitored food quality and restocked supplies throughout breakfast hours
• Worked closely with hotel staff to maintain smooth daily operations
• Followed health, safety, and food handling guidelines
• Managed seating areas and maintained organized dining spaces
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements: Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (including nights, holidays and weekends) to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
