We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Manager to join the team at the Moxy Hotel in Washington DC. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on creating connections, driving revenue, and bringing fresh ideas to the table in a fast-paced, lifestyle hotel environment.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business across corporate, group, and local market segments
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
• Conduct hotel tours, client meetings, and networking events
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Manage accounts, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue goals
• Prospect new opportunities through outside sales calls, community involvement, and creative outreach
• Utilize Marriott systems and sales tools to maximize performance
• Participate in brand activations and local partnerships that align with the Moxy vibe

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel sales experience preferred
• Marriott experience is a plus
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
• Organized, motivated, and results-oriented
• Passion for hospitality, lifestyle brands, and guest engagement
• Knowledge of the Washington DC market is highly preferred

Compensation & Perks

• Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience
