We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our overnight team and ensure a seamless guest experience. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role requires a results-driven, outgoing, and enthusiastic leader committed to exceeding the needs and expectations of our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, engaging, and friendly service at all times
  • Lead the overnight Front Office team in the absence of department Managers
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution
  • Mentor and coach team members for personal and professional development
  • Execute night audit functions and manage check-in/check-out procedures
  • Maximize revenue through upselling strategies and walk-in initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Front Office or Night Audit leadership experience
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office operations, policies, and procedures
  • Prefer operational knowledge of Opera
