We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations at our award-winning Hampton by Hilton hotel. This is a great opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional ready to grow their leadership career.
What You’ll Do- Help oversee daily hotel operations and guest experience
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members across departments
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
- Drive guest satisfaction and maintain Hilton brand standards
- Assist with revenue strategies, budgeting, and financial performance
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast, and front desk teams
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Help maintain strong online reviews and guest feedback scores
- Create a positive, team-focused work environment
- Previous hotel leadership experience required
- Hilton experience is a plus, but not required
- PEP experience is great, but we will train you
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a service-first mindset
- Strong computer and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a drive for results
