    Here is what you will be doing each day:

    As our front desk supervisor, you will be a champion of empowerment and guest satisfaction at our AAA Four Diamond accredited property. You will build morale with your team and engage them with service recovery using Hilton's methods to make it right every time. You will be a liaison between the front desk and other departments.

    You provide outstanding customer service interactions and it's engrained in who you are. You are excited at the idea of working alongside a team to achieve top notch service and you don't shy away from guest concerns. You have a keen eye for detail, and understand the importance of guest experience from check-in until check-out. You feel comfortable addressing conflicts when they arise and making it right for our guests every time. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.

    Qualifications

    Must have at least 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment. Hilton OnQ certification is a plus!

    Experience
    • Required

      2 years:

      Must have at least 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment. Hilton OnQ certification is a plus!
