Pay

What will you do?
- Provide oversight of alcohol service compliance, retail security functions, and general safety and supervision throughout the venue
- Supervise alcohol service of team members for adherence to the alcohol service policy, ensuring responsible alcohol service
- Assist employees with event day information and alcohol related issues if necessary, documenting and providing proactive observations
- Assist with fires, storms, floods, blizzards, evacuations, relocations, and other emergencies as directed
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, local, department, and company regulations, enforcing alcohol service policies and procedures, and supporting daily operations with a strong focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and guest safety
More about you
- 21+ years old
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or Law enforcement, with Corrections Officer experience preferred
- Skills in communication, guest service, team member coaching, providing feedback, basic math, multitasking, attention to detail, detailed information recall, and ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment
Physical requirements
- Availability to work 80% of both NFL and Non-NFL events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as duties demand
- Possible exposure to variable temperatures, depending on the season
