We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources for the Indiana Convention Center!
Principal Function:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compliance, and performance management. The Director of Human Resources will ensure a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and aligns with the convention center's goals.
