• Style & Smiles Specialist: Rock the Aimbridge look with top-notch grooming and personal appearance! Don your approved dress code and name tag with pride, spreading positive spirit wherever you go.
• Hotel Harmony Keeper: Know the ins and outs of Aimbridge Hospitality’s policies and house rules, and always help maintain a safe, efficient hotel environment. Your attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly!
• Office Operations Extraordinaire: Answer phones with a cheery attitude, organize files, order supplies, distribute mail, type and log purchase orders, dispatch work orders, process log sheets, help with inventories and payroll, attend meetings and jot down minutes—plus pitch in wherever you’re needed. Teamwork makes the magic happen!

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework and hotel experience preferred.
• Strong typing skills (55 wpm) and proficiency with Microsoft systems, OnQ, and Sales Pro Enterprise.
• Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and stay composed under pressure.
• Skilled at understanding complex information and financial data, and resolving guest and coworker concerns.
