Lead One of San Diego's Premier Courtyard Hotels

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Courtyard by Marriott Mission Valley / Hotel Circle, one of San Diego's most desirable business and leisure destinations.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing talent, maximizing revenue, and creating a culture where both associates and guests love coming to work and stay.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales, and Finance.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong expense controls and profitability.
• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and ensure Marriott brand standards are consistently exceeded.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop an engaged, high-performing leadership team.
• Foster a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and recognition.
• Analyze business trends and implement strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to drive new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all company, brand, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hotel General Manager experience in a branded hotel.
• Marriott experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading full hotel operations and achieving financial goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Passion for guest service and operational excellence.
