What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs
• Answer questions, provide local recommendations, and resolve guest concerns
• Process reservations, payments, and maintain accurate guest records
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and hotel leadership to ensure every stay exceeds expectations
• Help create a positive, memorable experience for every guest

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred, but we're happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus
