The Group Sales Manager is responsible for effectively soliciting and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. He/she is also responsible for prospecting and closing on assigned accounts/market segments to positively impact hotel revenues. The Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales and Marketing to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for the hotel. Develop group strategies that drive performance in assigned markets. Responsible for developing new sales as well as for pursuing the rebooking of past events. Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Strategy Team to achieve the correct balance of group business, taking into account transient demand (plan values), to maximize hotel revenue. Have the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This position offers a base salary plus eligibility to participate in the Statler’s Sales Incentive Plan. Participation and payout are not guaranteed and are subject to plan terms and eligibility criteria.
