AV Technician

We are seeking an experienced Audio-Visual Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio and visual equipment for events, meetings, and conferences.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate audio and visual equipment for events, meetings, and conferences
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Collaborate with event planners and presenters to ensure their audio and visual needs are met
• Provide technical support during events as needed
• Maintain and repair equipment as necessary
• Stay up to date with new audio and visual technologies and equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in audio visual technology
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of audio and visual equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
