Job Description and Requirements
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the year-round inspection, upkeep, and repair of the Clubhouse, including woodworking, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure. Candidates must demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and possess proven skills in general maintenance across multiple disciplines. The primary directives of this position are as follows:
- Daily maintenance and inspection of all areas of the Clubhouse, parking garages, and adjacent areas.
- Inventory management and utilization of required tools and equipment to carryout the teams mission.
- Responsible for the setup and breakdown of equipment for Club events.
- Implement all proactive strategies to strengthen the Club’s preventive maintenance program.
- Conduct daily inspections of Club property and promptly report, document, and address any maintenance needs.
- Performs maintenance and general repairs on plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, carpentry, kitchen equipment, heating and ventilation systems, and all building structures throughout the Club.
- Assist our HVAC Technicians with the regular maintenance of our air conditioning, refrigeration, and ice machines.
- Maintains the maintenance shop in a clean and organized manner.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies is required.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities and provides support to other departments as directed by the department head.

Education and Experience
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in all aspects of general maintenance across multiple disciplines.
- Completion of post-secondary vocational or technical training is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills is required.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English is required.
