Who this job will appeal to
Experienced front desk Clerk's seeking a new opportunity in a rapidly growing boutique hotel in Midtown Manhattan.
What you will be doing
Meeting & greeting guests, finalizing bookings, conducting checkouts, processing payments, responding to emails, answering phone calls, assisting guests.
The ideal candidate for this position
- Has at least five years of front desk experience, preferably in the private club industry.
- Possesses an FDNY Fire and Life Safety Director license (desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrates excellent people skills and impeccable phone etiquette.
- Maintains a well-groomed appearance and adheres to business casual dress standards.
- Displays strong time management skills and a high level of punctuality.
