Corporate Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Director of Operations to provide leadership and operational oversight across a growing portfolio of hotel properties.

This position will work closely with General Managers and property leadership to drive operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, brand compliance, and consistent execution of company standards.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, strategic hospitality leader who can identify opportunities, solve problems, hold teams accountable, and drive results across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and oversight across multiple hotel properties.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and hold General Managers accountable for property performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, P&L, labor, and operating expenses.
• Drive improvements in guest satisfaction, online reputation, and brand quality scores.
• Conduct property visits and ensure hotels maintain company, brand, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Oversee labor management, staffing, training, and leadership development.
• Monitor property condition, maintenance, capital needs, and preventive maintenance.
• Identify operational and financial issues and develop actionable solutions.
• Ensure corporate initiatives, policies, procedures, and deadlines are executed across the portfolio.
• Promote consistency, efficiency, and best practices across properties.
• Provide ownership and corporate leadership with timely, accurate, and solution-oriented reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and overall portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive hotel operations experience.
• Multi-property hotel operations experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading and developing General Managers.
• Strong understanding of hotel P&L, budgeting, labor management, and financial performance.
• Experience with hotel brand standards and quality assurance programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between properties.
