Essential Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all members and guests.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide information about spa services.
• Answer telephone calls and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Perform general reception and cashiering duties accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Use computer and reservation systems efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with spa providers and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hotel, resort, spa, or reception experience is preferred.
• Computer and general cashiering experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must meet the Club’s professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Must consistently meet or exceed member, guest, and team expectations.

Seasonal Schedule

This is a seasonal position. The Spa operates Monday through Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Continued employment beyond the seasonal period is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs and available opportunities.
