Job Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive first and last impression of the Club.
- Safely park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with directions, information, and other requests as needed.
- Maintain organization and traffic flow in parking areas.
- Monitor parking lots and report any safety concerns or incidents to management.
- Assist with special events, guest arrivals, and high-volume periods.
- Work as part of a team to deliver a 5-Diamond guest experience.
Job Duties and Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Able to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions preferred.
- Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- We provide a substance-free environment. Substance testing is mandatory.
- Consistently meets or exceeds member, guest, and team expectations.
