Spa Manager

The Spa Manager supports the Spa Director in planning and overseeing the two core functions of the spa, guest services and facility operations The Spa Manager is directly responsible for the daily operations of the spa, managing the Spa Front Desk and Spa Attendant/Cleaning teams, and plays an essential role in upholding service excellence, maintaining brand standards, and meeting or exceeding financial goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in management, spa or hospitality leadership; luxury resort experience required.
• Strong understanding of Forbes/ AAA brand standards is required.
• Professional certifications within the spa, wellness, fitness or beauty industry preferred.
• Must have demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a high-performance team.
• Proficiency in spa software systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Must possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Must have flexible schedule availability to include weekends, holidays, and events when needed.

• Professional demeanor and passion for spa, wellness, and luxury service required.
• Due to the managerial nature of the role, additional hours may be required beyond normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, without additional remuneration.
