Salary Range: $43,000–$56,000 annually

What You’ll Do
Create Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Lead a warm, welcoming dining environment where every guest feels valued.
- Ensure outstanding service, food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain high standards throughout daily restaurant operations.
Lead, Inspire & Develop Your Team
- Coach, mentor, and empower our servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders.
- Create engaging training and development opportunities that help associates grow.
- Lead daily team meetings, provide meaningful feedback, and celebrate successes.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and team-oriented workplace culture.
Bring Excellence to Every Service
- Partner closely with our culinary leadership to deliver exceptional food and dining experiences.
- Oversee service execution, restaurant performance, and daily operations.
- Support wine and beverage selections, inventory, and purchasing.
Help Our Restaurant Grow & Thrive
- Collaborate with leadership on financial goals, budgets, and operational strategies.
- Identify creative opportunities to grow revenue, improve efficiency, and strengthen associate retention.
- Support marketing initiatives, cost management, and continued restaurant success.
